The Conn-Selmer Music Guidance Survey
Introduction and Musical Examples (CD)
Includes all the spoken instructions and musical examples necessary to give the survey quiz. It may be used in place of the printed teacher's form and has the advantage of greater uniformity if you want to establish norms. Because the more brilliant tone colors of wind instruments might distract the youngsters taking the quiz, the musical examples have been recorded here from a single stop on a Hammond organ and are as simple and uniform as possible.
