Scott Campbell Now Director of Woodwind Product Management at Conn Selmer

Elkhart, Indiana – March 29th, 2022 – Conn Selmer announces the promotion of Scott Campbell to Director of Woodwind Product Management.

During Scott’s tenure with Conn Selmer, he has significantly grown the woodwind category in all aspects of the business. This includes increasing the demand for our products, the launch of an impressive fleet of new instrument models, and the creation of a new global branding standard. Scott was also instrumental in the implementation of improved quality standards among the entire woodwind portfolio, while simultaneously coordinating a completely new inspection process for imported finished goods at the South manufacturing plant.

Previous to joining the company, Scott was already a highly accomplished saxophone player and Conn Selmer Artist working in the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex. With over 10 years of performance experience, Dr. Campbell has also been Adjunct Professor of Music with Southwestern Adventist University (Keene, TX) and Mountain View College (Dallas, TX). He also maintained a private saxophone studio with over 80 students in the Lone Star State.

Scott earned his Bachelor of Music in Woodwind Performance from Brigham Young University (Laie, Hawaii); his Master of Music in Saxophone Performance from Southeastern Louisiana University (Hammond, LA); and his Doctor of Musical Arts in Saxophone Performance from the University of North Texas (Denton, TX).
